Getting Started with QuickScore Online QuickScore Online is your all-in-one platform for managing, organizing, and tracking shooting competitions — whether you're a participant, club admin, official, or super admin. The system is designed to streamline everything from match creation and registration to real-time scoring and leaderboard tracking. Here’s how to get started: Sign Up & Choose Your Role Register as a Participant, Club Admin, Official, or Super Admin. You can hold multiple roles and switch between them as needed. Explore or Create Matches Browse upcoming matches or create your own. Add match details, locations, categories, divisions, and even sponsors. Join or Build a Team Enter competitions solo or as part of a team. Captains can create teams and invite participants. Score, Track, and Rank Whether you’re shooting or officiating, scores are entered live and displayed in real-time leaderboards, broken down by category, division, class, or team. Manage Your Club Club Admins can build branches, manage events, assign roles, configure competition parameters, and keep members informed — all from one dashboard. Go Mobile The system works on mobile and desktop, so you can register, score, or check results on the go.

How do I create a Club?
Anyone can create a club. The first person to create a club will be the admin for this club. The club admin must provide club email, web site details and telephone number. No two clubs can exist with same name in close proximity

What can club admins do?

What options are available when creating a match?
Matches include: Name, description, date and time Location (Google Maps or manual entry) Discipline, category, division, and class Registration period and entry fees Team competition setup Sponsor management

Can a club have more than one admin?
Yes, a club may have multiple club admins. The original admin may add other admins that are registered as users of the platform.

Can one person be an admin of more than one club?
Yes, a person can be an admin of more than one clubs. Your clubs will show up on a list

How do admins create matches?
Only club admins or branch admins can create matches. Before you create a match, ensure all categories, divisions, classes and targets are set up. Then go to create match and complete all match details

When a match is created, can any one enter?
Yes, anyone can register for any match if they have the link to the match or find the match by searching for active matches.

What roles exist in QuickScore?
QuickScore supports four user roles: Participant, Club Admin, Official, and Super Admin. Each role has its own dashboard and access level.

What scoring methods are supported?
QuickScore supports: Score-based matches. Total score per range Time-based score where you time the range engagement. Combined score and time. Global Disciplines Scoring. This is where specific scoring methods are pre built. Eg. Hit factor bases on distance, or scoring zones on targets.
